Equipment House wins SAR 73.8M contract from Transport Ministry

Scientific and Medical Equipment House Co. (Equipment House) won today, Aug. 13, a SAR 73.79 million contract (VAT inclusive) from the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

The three-year contract is expected to be signed on Sept. 3.

The scope of work covers the operation, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment, devices, and software related to intelligent transport. This is besides the provision and installation of spare parts for damaged electronic devices, including electronic screens, surveillance cameras, communication devices, networks, operating software, and tracking software for intelligent transport equipment and their attachments across the Kingdom.

 

The relevant financial impact is expected to appear in Q4 2024.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.

 

The company will announce any future developments in due course, after the final version of the contract is signed by all relevant parties and a copy of which is received.
