The opening came in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, International Schools Attraction Program, and the Regional Headquarters (RHQ) initiative. The move aims to support the development of Riyadh as one of the largest city economies in the world.

In a separate statement, the company said that Al Wasat National School will be opened today, Aug. 18, in the new educational complex in Al Salam district in Riyadh on a land plot of 12,562 square meters and a build-up area of 34,645 sqm.

Al Wasat National School offers a private curriculum for kindergarten, primary, elementary, middle, and high school for both boys and girls.

The move falls within the company's plan to transfer its schools subject to the "Tadarruj" program that aims to model educational buildings and increase the student capacity from 1,400 to 2,590 students.

Ataa Educational expected the financial impact of the opening of the two schools to appear as of the first quarter of the fiscal year 2024/2025.
