Naseej Tech inks SAR 44.5M contract with Education Ministry

Naseej for Technology Co. (Naseej Tech) signed today, Aug. 20, a contract worth SAR 44.53 million (including VAT) with the Ministry of Education for Saudi Digital Library subscription to digital information resources, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The three-year contract entails a subscription to databases that provide access to various forms of digital resources, such as journals, books, academic theses, and international digital newspapers from multiple publishers and scientific associations across different fields.

The contract will positively impact the company's financial statements for 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027.

 

The company stated that all related documents were completed by Aug. 20, noting that there are no related parties.
