SVCP appoints financial advisor on rights issue

Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Co. (SVCP) appointed Aldukheil Financial Group as financial advisor on the subscription to its planned rights issue, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, Aug. 22.

 

Earlier this month, the company's board of directors recommended a SAR 80 million capital increase through a rights issue, according to Argaam's data.
