GAC fines contracting firms SAR 6.5M on collusion

The General Authority for Competition (GAC) fined 14 firms operating in the contracting sector across the Kingdom, on violations of the Competition Law and collusion in government projects.

 

In a statement on X, GAC said after investigations, the authority penalized the following contracting firms: Hassan Salem Hussein Al-Khamsan General Contracting Co., Al-Mathal General Contracting Co., AZM Kingdom Contracting Co., Kawader, Ajwad Al-Aqsa General Contracting Co., Al-Ru'ya Al-Ashira Contracting Co., Ibn Qamzan Trading and Contracting Co., Injaz Najran General Contracting Co., Al-Atshan General Contracting Co., Ali Mohammed Ali & Partner General Contracting Company, Kasat Arabia Trading and Contracting Company, Saleh Hussein Al-Salama & Partner Trading and Contracting Company, Arkan General Contracting Co., and Shua'a Al-Janoub Trading and Contracting Company.

 

GAC’s committee decision are final as Riyadh Administrative Court of Appeal issued final rulings.
