Almajed Oud sets TASI IPO price range at SAR 90-94/share

Almajed for Oud Co. announced today, Aug. 25, setting the price range for its initial public offering (IPO) on the Main Market (TASI) between SAR 90-94 per share.

 

The bookbuilding process for institutional investors will run between Aug. 25-29, the company said on its official X account.

The company is floating 7.5 million shares, representing 30% of its capital, on TASI.

 

It set the offering period for retail investors to one day on Sept. 15.

 

A maximum of 1.5 million shares, representing 20% of the IPO shares, will be allocated to retail investors.
