Edarat hires Yaqeen Capital as financial advisor on transition to TASI

Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. appointed Yaqeen Capital as financial advisor on its transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI).

 

The transition is subject to the approval of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and is conditional on fulfilling all requirements stipulated in the listing rules, Edarat said in a Tadawul statement today, Aug. 25.

Any developments in this regard will be announced in due course, it added.

 

The company's board of directors approved in April the transition to Tadawul.

 

Edarat shares were directly listed on Nomu on Dec. 26, 2022. Its capital amounts to SAR 25.20 million, divided into 2.52 million shares.
