SAPTCO signs SAR 84M contract for Tabuk public transport project

Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) signed today, Aug. 25, a SAR 83.99 million contract, including a 15% VAT, with Tabuk Municipality for the city’s public bus transport project.

In a statement on Tadawul, the company said the five-year contract covers operating the first phase of Tabuk’s public transport project.

SAPTCO expects a positive financial impact as a result of this agreement as of Q2 2025, the statement said.

There are no related parties to the deal, it noted.
