Naas Petrol to debut on Nomu on Aug. 28

Naas Petrol Factory Co. will start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on Aug. 28, under the symbol 9609 and ISIN code SA164054M3H7.

 

The stock will have daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) revealed today, Aug. 26.

 

The company plans to meet liquidity requirements via a liquidity provider, the statement added.

In March, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved Naas Petrol’s application to list its shares on Nomu, setting the price guidance at SAR 49 apiece.
