Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. (Tharwah) signed two framework agreements with separate government entities at a total value of SAR 17.4 million, including value-added tax (VAT).
Both contracts aim to provide training and development services to the entities’ employees, according to statements to Tadawul. The first agreement is worth SAR 9 million, while the second is valued at SAR 8.4 million.
The agreements extend for 36 months and their financial impact is likely in Q4 2024, the statements noted, adding that there are no related parties to either of the deals.
Tharwah was awarded the first contract on July 17 and signed on Aug. 11. The second concluded on July 18 and was signed on Aug. 12.
According to data available on Argaam, Tharwah shares were listed and began trading on Nomu-Parallel Market on Aug. 27.
