Ataa Educational Co. received an offer from Digital Future Co. expressing its interest to acquire Creative Development Co. and Al Faisal International Academy. 

 

Creative Development and Al Faisal Academy are branches of Arabian Education and Training Group, which is 100%-owned by Ataa, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

To this effect, a 60-day memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed on Aug. 26. 

 

Ataa’s board of directors approved the offer based on the company's strategy to concentrate on the national and international education sectors, the statement noted. 

 

The relative financial impact will be determined later, the statement pointed out, adding that any material developments regarding the MoU will be announced in due course.
