Tihama unable to issue annual financials on time

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. said it was unable to publish financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, by the set deadline on Aug. 30, according to a statement to Tadawul today, Sept. 1.

 

The statements are under review by the audit committee, and will likely be disclosed before Sept. 30, the company added.

In accordance with the Listing Rules, trading on Tihama shares will remain suspended, as of July 30, until the financial statements are published.

 

Further updates will be announced on a monthly basis, with a commitment to announce, without delay, any material developments, Tihama noted.

 

On July 30, Tihama stated that it failed to publish the financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, within the notified deadline.

 

On the same day, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) suspended trading on Tihama shares until the financial statements for the period are revealed, Argaam reported.
