Al Ashghal Al Moysra Co. plans to double the size of awarded contracts in facility management and maintenance as well as logistics projects over the coming period, CEO Abdulaziz Aljuwair told Argaam in an interview.
The company continues to expand doing business in the facility management, maintenance and operation sector in the Central and Eastern Provinces. It also seeks to boost its revenues from the construction sector by entering into mega projects on par with its financial and technical capabilities, in a bid to ramp up its profit margins, said the top executive.
Aljuwair also pointed out that Al Ashghal Al Moysra has established its strategies based on systematic, well-studied expansions at a steady pace, which helped implement its expansion plans quantitatively, qualitatively and geographically. He further stated that these strategies contributed to diversifying the customer base to include the government and private sectors, which boosted earnings.
He indicated that the company targets three main sectors, namely facility management, contracting and transportation.
According to data available to Argaam, the company's shares started trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on July 24.
Its actual activity is represented in providing three key services: Maintenance, cleaning, and facility management and operation; provision of logistic and transport services Kingdom-wide; and carrying out some contracting work, namely construction, building and restoration.
