Thob Al Aseel Co.’s board of directors reappointed Faisal Aljedaie as Chairman and Abdulrahman Aljedaie as Vice Chairman, during a meeting on Sept. 4, according to a statement on Tadawul.

The board further formed a new audit committee to include Ibrahim Al Sultan as Chairman, with Saad Al-Mshouh and Raed Hugail as members, the statement added.

 

Moreover, the nomination and remuneration committee was formed with Saad Al-Mshouh as Chairman, and Faisal Aljedaie and Assem Sultan as committee members.

 

The statement pointed out that representatives of the company were appointed for the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), as well as a secretary of the board.
