View United Real Estate Development Co. received, on Sept. 4, a license to practice real estate contributions from the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), according to a statement to Tadawul.

The license allows the company to manage and offer real estate contributions, subject to obtaining the required regulatory approvals in line with the Real Estate Contributions Law, issued under Royal Decree No. (M/203) dated July 16, 2023, as well as other applicable laws and regulations, the statement added.
