The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced today, Sept. 8, its rejection of the request by Advance International Company for Communication and Information Technology (AICTEC) to transfer from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market.

The decision was taken as the company failed to meet all transition requirements stipulated in the listing rules.

In June, the company submitted a request for transition to the Main Market, after obtaining the board approval in December 2023, as reported earlier by Argaam.

AICTEC started trading shares on Nomu in January 2022, with SAR 32 million in capital.
