Tihama unable to publish Q1 2024/25 results on time

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.  said it cannot publish the financial results for Q1 ended June 30, 2024 on time, as they are still being prepared by the financial department.

 

The company expects to release the preliminary financial statements for Q1 before Sept. 30, 2024, according to a statement on Tadawul.

Due to the missed deadline and in line with the listing rules, trading suspension will continue from July 30, 2024, until the financial statements are published.

 

The company will provide monthly updates on the delay and announce any significant developments.

 

Tihama previously announced its inability to publish Q1 2024/25 results due to the lack of board quorum for approving the annual statements for the fiscal year (FY) ending March 31, 2024, according to Argaam’s data.

 

Tihama recently stated it also could not publish the financials for FY ending March 31, 2024, by Aug. 30, 2024, as they are still under the Audit Committee review. Trading has been suspended since July 30, 2024, and will continue until the financials are released.
