Naas Petrol’s shareholders to vote on amending bylaws on Oct. 3

Shareholders of Naas Petrol Factory Co. are set to vote on amending bylaws during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on Oct. 3.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that shareholders will vote on amending Article (2) of the company's bylaws related to the company's name and Article (4) related to the company's purposes.

 

This is in addition to amending other articles including those related to the shareholders' register, trading in shares and issuing shares, the statement added.
