Fakeeh Care says CEO of Jeddah hospital resigns

Dr. Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh Hospital Co. (Fakeeh Care) announced today, Sept. 12, the decision of Fatih Mehmet Gul, CEO of Soliman Fakeeh Hospital in Jeddah, to resign from his position.

 

The resignation will be effective as of Sept. 30, 2024, Fakeeh Care said in a statement to Tadawul.

The company’s nomination and remuneration committee started the process for selecting a successor, while ensuring a smooth leadership transition.

 

Mazen Fakeeh will be supervising the hospital operations during the transition period.

 

Gul played a significant role in the entity’s growth over the last 10 years, while contributing to providing high-quality care services, the statement noted.
