CMA approves Digital Research’s 20% IPO on Nomu

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved Digital Research Co.’s (DRC) application to register and offer 20% of its 1.69 million share capital on Nomu-Parallel Market.

 

The offering will be confined to qualified investors and the prospectus will be published within the stipulated period prior to the offering, the market regulator said in a statement today, Sept. 12.

The CMA’s approval is valid for six months. It shall be deemed cancelled if the offering and listing are not finalized within this period.

 

DRC is a consulting firm based in Riyadh, founded in 2014. It specializes in data analysis and market research. It became the first licensed company in this field after being approved by the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT).
