UAE's Manazel to develop residential project in Madinah

Manazel Developments, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), signed a cooperation agreement today, Sept. 17, with Yemnak Management Consultancy Co. to coordinate with local partners and secure land plots for a residential project that supports Manazel's expansion beyond the UAE.

 

In a statement, the company noted that it selected Madinah for its project due to the city's rapidly growing market, which caters to visitors from both inside and outside Saudi Arabia.

 

This potential project will be Manazel's first among similar projects outside the UAE over the coming period, it added.
