Batic says 88% of Al-Khuzama infrastructure works done

Batic Investments and Logistics Co.  announced that 88% of the infrastructure development works for Al-Khuzama project in Madinah, which is owned by its subsidiary Batic Real Estate Co., has been completed.

 

The company also explained the completed works include the finalization of all the base layers for the roads and the laying of asphalt has begun; completion of connecting the cables to the lighting poles and testing their operation; completion of the backfilling works of the entire internal sewage network and connection to the external sewage network has begun; completion of the backfilling works as well as testing of the entire internal water network and installation of fire extinguishers.

Further, 95% of the pouring of power station foundations has been concluded and the power cables between them have been connected. This in addition to the installation of telephone manholes and the connecting pipes between them and the houses in the project plan.

 

The entire infrastructure development works are expected to be fully finished during the fourth quarter of 2024.

 

 The company expects the project's infrastructure works to be completed in Q4 2024.

 

According to Argaam’s data, in June 2022, Batic Real Estate signed an agreement with ALMQR Development Co., the investment arm of Madinah Municipality, to develop the Al-Khuzama neighborhood project’s plan on the land bought in May 2022 for SAR 126.39 million. In February 2023, it received Madinah Municipality’s approval on the project plan.
