The Cabinet, chaired by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, approved regulations for temporary work visas as well as Hajj and Umrah temporary work services during its session today, Oct. 1, in Riyadh.

 

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Cabinet also approved amendments to the Precious Metals and Gemstones Law, as outlined in the decision.

 

In addition, the Cabinet authorized the Minister of Investment, or a designated representative, to sign the draft agreement on promoting and protecting mutual investments between the governments of Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

 

It also discussed the contents of the preliminary statement for the 2025 state budget, which emphasized continued efforts to boost spending on essential services for citizens and residents, implement strategic projects, and focus on supporting economic growth and achieving sustainable development.
