City Cement's factory  

City Cement Co. completed issuing the Articles of Incorporation as well as the company commercial register of its subsidiary, specializing in providing mining services. The subsidiary, a limited liability company wholly owned by City Cement, has a capital of SAR 500,000.

According to data available on Argaam, City Cement board of directors approved in September the establishment of a 100%-owned limited liability subsidiary based in Riyadh with a capital of SAR 500,000.
