Herfy Food Services Co. received a letter from Savola Group, a shareholder with over a 10% stake in the company, requesting the convening of a general assembly to vote on the dismissal of board member Mohammed Alshetwey.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Herfy said that it will follow the necessary procedures in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations and will provide further updates later.

Herfy announced prior to today's session opening that it received a letter from a major shareholder holding more than 10% of its capital, requesting the convening of a general assembly to vote on the dismissal of a board member, according to data available to Argaam.

 

Savola Group owns a 49% stake in Herfy.
