Alasmak’s board approves setting up aquaculture firm

Saudi Fisheries Co.’s (Alasmak) board of directors approved on Oct. 8 the establishment of a wholly owned limited liability company specializing in aquaculture.

 

 

According to a statement on Tadawul, the new subsidiary will be headquartered in Riyadh and have a capital of SAR 100,000. The decision is pending necessary approvals and licenses from the relevant

 

The step is in line with Alasmak’s strategy to restructure its activities and investments, the Saudi-listed firm said, adding it will keep the market informed of any developments in this regard.
