Agility launches final phase in SAR 250M logistics park expansion in Riyadh

Agility Global PLC announced that one of its subsidiaries will launch the final phase of its Agility Logistics Park expansion project in Riyadh, at an investment cost of SAR 250 million.

In a disclosure to Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the company indicated that the expansion would add 100,000 square meters (sqm) of warehousing space, thus increasing the total leasable area to 551,370 sqm.

Agility also indicated that operation of the expansion project’s first phase will commence by the end of Q1 2025.
