Agility Public Warehousing Co. signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Saudi Railway Company (SAR) today to look at requirements for inter-modal storage, transportation and processing facilities in Sudair City for Industry and Businesses and near King Khalid International Airport.
 

Earlier today, Agility Global PLC announced that one of its subsidiaries will launch the final phase of its Agility Logistics Park expansion project in Riyadh, at an investment cost of SAR 250 million.
 

The expansion would add 100,000 square meters (sqm) of warehousing space, thus increasing the total leasable area to 551,370 sqm. Operation of the expansion project’s first phase will commence by the end of Q1 2025, according to data available to Argaam.
