Knowledge Tower seals exclusivity contract with National Geographic Learning

Knowledge Tower Trading Co. signed, on Oct.16, a contract with National Geographic Learning for exclusive rights to distribute international schools’ curricula books in Kuwait and Bahrain.

 

The contract was signed at the Frankfurt Buchmesse in Frankfurt, Germany, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The value of the contract depends on the value of the purchased goods during 2024-2027, extendable.

 

The relevant financial impact will likely appear by fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
