Minister of Justice Walid Al-Samaani and Minister of Education Yousef Al-Bonyan launched the unified electronic contract to register male and female students in private schools.

This came with the aim of regulating the contractual relationship between schools and parents of students, in a way that guarantees the rights of both parties within a legal framework of transparency and clarity, SPA reported.

The contract includes the obligations of both private schools and parents towards each other, including providing the curriculum, paying tuition fees at the specified times, and maintaining good behavior and discipline within the school.

According to the controls of the new unified contract, students who have failed to pay the tuition fees will not be prevented from attending classes, considering that this is one of the basic rights, without prejudice to preserving the school's financial rights.

Moreover, the contract contributes to facilitating student registration procedures by unifying requirements. It also enhances trust between schools and parents, and ensures the continuity of the educational process.
