Atlas Elevators signs distribution contract with Atlas Taiba

Atlas Elevators General Trading and Contracting Co. reached an agreement with Atlas Taiba Elevators Co. Under the deal, Atlas Taiba will become an authorized distributor to market, sell, and distribute its products.

The agreement also covers after-sales services in Madinah only, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Atlas Elevators said that the contract will boost its operations in the Kingdom and support its strategic goals. It also noted that Atlas Taiba brings significant experience and expertise to the industry.

Under the three-year contract, awarded on Oct. 20, Atlas Taiba will open and operate new showrooms, warehouses, and outlets for selling all of the company’s products, including elevators and spare parts. However, the distributor is not authorized to use online sales channels.

The contract's value is tied to the products purchased between 2024 and 2027, the statement added.

It is expected that the positive financial impact of this contract will appear at the end of 2025.

No related parties are participating in the deal, the company also noted.
