Tanmiah subsidiary signs MoU to build poultry farms in Saudi Arabia

Tanmiah Food Co.’s subsidiary, Agricultural Development Co. (ADC), signed on Oct. 24 a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Branch of Chengdu Design & Research Institute and Jiangsu Huali Co. Ltd. at the Saudi Agriculture Show.

Under the one-year MoU, both parties will conduct a feasibility study to establish state-of-the-art poultry farms in Saudi Arabia, incorporating automation and Industry 4.0 technologies, Tanmiah said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

No financial impact is expected from this MoU.

 

There are no related parties to the deal.
