Tadweeer inks partnership deal with Netzero for carbon credit certification

National Environmental Recycling Co. (Tadweeer) signed a partnership agreement on Oct. 24 with Netzero Environmental Services Co. to qualify for issuing carbon credit certificates in accordance with established standards and regulations.

 

This partnership will involve monitoring, reporting, verification, and relationship building in collaboration with service providers, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

This initiative aligns with the goals of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, focusing on achieving sustainability and environmental protection while targeting net-zero emissions by 2060. Tadweeer will provide updates regarding this initiative as developments occur, the statement added.
