The Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) set the criteria for selecting the target taxpayers in the 17th wave for implementing the “Integration Phase” of e-invoicing, including all taxpayers whose VAT-taxable topline exceeded SAR 2.5 million during 2022 or 2023.

All target taxpayers to which the 17th wave applies must comply to integrate their e-invoices with the Fatoora Platform before July 31, 2025.

ZATCA will notify individuals who meet the outlined criteria through its approved communication channels during the specified timeframe.
