Halwani names Abdulaziz Yamani as Chairman, Jameel Al-Molhem as Vice Chair

Halwani Bros. Co.’s board of directors appointed today, Nov. 7, Abdulaziz Yamani as Non-Executive Chairman and Jameel Al-Molhem as Non-Executive Vice Chairman.

 

In a statement to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), the company added that the board also named Sakhr Jamjoom as Managing Director and Abdulnasser Attiah as Board Secretary.

Moreover, it agreed to set up the nomination and remunerations committee, with members Anees Moumina (Chairman), Mohammed Alklaiby (member), May Abu Ghazalah (member).

 

It also nodded to the formation of the audit committee, as follows: Abdulelah Sabbahi (Chairman), Anees Moumina (member) and Nasser Al Shaibani (member).

 

Halwani’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul were also appointed, being liable for all purposes related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations.
