Mohammed Hassan Al Naqool Sons Co. acquiried seven concrete mixers and one concrete pump to enhance its concrete plant's production and sales capacity, for SAR 3.75 million, including VAT. 
 
In a Tadawul statement, the company stated that the purchase will be funded through internal resources. The agreement was signed today, Nov. 17, with Sany International Development Co. Ltd.
 
 
The aim is to expand operations by increasing production and sales capacity, with the financial impact expected in Q4 2024.
 
There are no related parties involved in this deal.
