Horizon Educational Co.’s board of directors signed today, Nov. 18, a contract with Saleh Abdul Aziz Al-Ghanim General Contracting Co. to carry out the concrete and structural works for the new educational complex in Dhahrat Laban district (boys and girls), according to a statement to Tadawul.
The contract term is 120 days, said the company, adding that the signing of this contract is in line with its strategy to expand and increase the student base in order to achieve the growth and returns that its targets within its strategy.

According to data available with Argaam, the company signed on July 11 a lease contract for a land plot in Dhahrat Laban, Riyadh, with Tatweer Buildings Co. The company will invest in the land by establishing and operating an educational complex under the name Horizon International Schools. The lease duration is 23 years from the contract signing date. The contract's total rental value over its duration will be SAR 32.42 million (excluding VAT).
