Cenomi Centers’ shareholders to vote on amending bylaws on Dec. 11

Arabian Centres Co.’s (Cenomi Centers) shareholders are set to vote on amending bylaw to comply with the new Companies’ Law, during the extraordinary general meeting that will be held on Dec. 11.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that shareholders will vote on adding Article 12 to the company’s bylaws regarding the company’s purchase, sale, and pledge of its own shares.

 

Meanwhile, they will vote on amending Article 17 regarding the management of the company, Article 20 related to the board of directors’ authorities, and Article 22 related to the authorities of the chairman, vice chairman, CEO, and board secretary.

 

Furthermore, they will discuss amending the Audit Committee Charter.
