NDMC closes November issuance of Sukuk program at SAR 3.4B

The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) completed receiving investor orders for its domestic issuance for November 2024, under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.

 

The total volume allocated was SAR 3.41 billion, NDMC said in a statement.

 

The Sukuk issuance was divided into five tranches.

 

The first is valued at SAR 2.52 billion maturing in 2029; the second is worth SAR 434 million, maturing in 2031; the third amounted to SAR 137 million and will mature in 2034; the fourth is worth SAR 10 million, maturing in 2036, while the fifth tranche is worth SAR 310 million, maturing in 2039.
