Property owners within the benefited areas must register their properties by Feb. 27, 2025, to avoid penalties and fines specified by the Real Estate Registration Law.
RER is working to confirm the registration of real estate properties in the benefited areas to boost the sector’s reliability and transparency by building a comprehensive real estate registry of local properties.
It will issue a property number and an ownership deed for each registered unit, comprising its precise geographic location and owner data, along with property description, condition, rights, obligations, and all transactions. This will document ownership and property rights, enhancing the real estate sector’s sustainability.
