Alwasail shareholders elect board members for 3-year term

Alwasail Industrial Co.’s shareholders approved the election of board members from the nominated candidates for the upcoming three-year term, starting on Dec. 22, 2024, and ending on Dec. 21, 2027.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the elected board members are Abdulrahman Almushayqih, Abdulkader Almushagah, Naser Almushayqih, Saleh Almushekih, Abdulaziz Almushayqih, Rakan Abunayyan, Mosaed Alohali, Khalid Alshredh, and Ibrahim Almubarak.
