Saudi Arabia estimated revenues for the 2025 state budget at SAR 1.18 trillion, with a forecast expenditure of SAR 1.28 trillion.  A deficit of up to SAR 101 billion is expected in 2025, the Ministry of Finance said today, Nov. 26.

 

The 2025 revenues and expenditure are estimated at SAR 1.18 trillion and SAR 1.28 trillion for 2025, respectively.

 

Meanwhile, the ministry estimated revenues at SAR 1.23 trillion and expenditure at SAR 1.34 trillion for the current year, with a deficit of SAR 115 billion.

Saudi Arabia’s gross domestic product (GDP) reached SAR 4.09 trillion in 2024, while inflation rose on an annual basis to 1.7%.

 

The Kingdom estimated GDP growth at SAR 4.35 trillion next year.
