Saudi Arabia to provide 80,000 housing units in 2025

Saudi Arabia's 2025 budget includes, within the municipal services sector, providing 80,000 housing units in partnership with real estate developers in various regions across the Kingdom.
 

The targets in the municipal services sector also include serving more than 100,000 beneficiaries of the housing subsidy through various housing products, increasing the number of qualified contractors at the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing to reach 24,000, in addition to issuing 85% of commercial licenses within 24 hours via the “Baladi” application.
 

The Saudi Cabinet approved yesterday the general budget for the year 2025, which includes SAR 1.285 trillion expenditures SAR 1.184 trillion revenues, with an expected deficit of SAR 101 billion.
