Alhokair Group rebrands to BAAN Holding

Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Alhokair Group) announced today, Nov. 28, changing its trading name on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) to BAAN Holding Group Co., according to a statement to Tadawul.

According to data available to Argaam, the company’s shareholders approved on Nov. 5 rebranding to BAAN Holding Group Co., after greenlighting the amendment of Article 2 of the company’s bylaws related to its name, during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM).
