Tihama unable to timely disclose Q2 2024/25 results

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. announced its inability to publish its financial results for the second quarter ended Sept. 30, 2024, within the specified deadline, according to a Tadawul statement today, Nov. 28.

Tihama is now expected to release the second-quarter results on Dec. 15. It attributed the delay to the non-completion of the audit process by the external auditor.

Due to the expiry of the statutory deadline for publishing the results and in accordance with the listing rules, the stock trading suspension will continue until the results are published.

According to data available to Argaam, the company said in early November that the preliminary results for the period ended June 30, 2024, would likely be published before Nov. 15. Meanwhile, the results for the period ended Sept. 30, 2024, had been scheduled for disclosure on Nov. 30.

Trading suspension has been in effect since July 30, 2024. It will continue until the preliminary financials for the period ended June 30, 2024, are published.

The company will announce developments about its inability to publish the results on a monthly basis, with a commitment to announce immediately in the event of any material updates.
