The Insurance Authority (AI) automated a number of vehicle insurance services and traffic accident follow-ups, in line with technological progress. This move aims to facilitate these services for beneficiaries and achieve the goals of Vision 2030 with regard to digital transformation.

According to the Saudi Press Agency, the IA launched several digital services, including reporting traffic accidents, conducting integrated digital inspections, submitting traffic accident claims easily and quickly, and tracking them through the "Najm" app and website. This initiative is expected to help reduce congestion caused by certain traffic accidents and ensure a smoother experience for beneficiaries.

This comes within the framework of IA’s continuous efforts to develop the insurance sector and boost the efficiency of the services provided.

The Authority also said it targets insurance policyholders and beneficiaries in all its development operations in the insurance sector, as it works to provide a different and enhanced experience for beneficiaries of insurance coverage and raise their level of satisfaction.
