Banan shares halted on Nomu for transition to TASI

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said that trading in Banan Real Estate Co.’s shares will be halted starting Dec. 4 for no more than five trading sessions to complete the transition from Nomu to the main market (TASI).

 

The listing and trading date on the main market will be announced upon completion of the required procedures, Tadawul explained in a statement.

According to data available with Argaam, Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co. (Tadawul Group) approved in November Banan’s request for the transition.

 

Banan’s shares were listed on Nomu in August 2021. The company’s capital is SAR 200 million, divided into 200 million shares with a nominal value of SAR 1 apiece.
