Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co. (solutions) signed, on Dec. 10, a contract worth SAR 151.2 million with stc, a related party, to renew Red Hat licenses and provide necessary maintenance services and technical support.

According to a statement to Tadawul, the financial impact of the three-year contract is expected to appear on solutions financial statements starting in Q1 2025.

 

stc is the largest shareholder in solutions, with an ownership stake of 79%.
