Lockup period for TALCO’s major shareholders ends today

The lockup period imposed on major shareholders’ shares in Al Taiseer Group Talco Industrial Co. (TALCO) was lifted today, Dec. 12, six months after the stock began trading on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on June 13, 2024.

 

Major shareholders, owning 65.09% of the company’s shares, were not allowed to dispose of its shares for a period of six months after listing.

 

Shareholders can now sell its shares without obtaining the approval of the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
