Al Ashghal Al Moysra inks SAR 3.6M contract with TBC

Al Ashghal Al Moysra Co. signed a SAR 3.64 million contract with Tatweer Buildings Co. (TBC).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract is valid for 120 days and covers cleaning, operation, and maintenance works for school buildings in the Northern Borders Education Department.

 

The contract is expected to have a positive financial impact on Al Ashghal Al Moysra’s results in 2025, according to the statement, which also confirmed that no related parties are involved.

 

The necessary signatures were completed, and a copy of the contract was received on Dec. 12, the statement added.
